Thanks for shopping at Masked in the UK. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from products on our website, we're here to help.

However due to the nature of this product and the current health emergency we will not be accepting any returns of these products.

Damaged / Faulty Goods

If your item is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please contact us at for processing. 

Refunds / Exchanges

Once we receive your item, we will notify you of its arrival and the refund/exchange status, after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange or refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All goods should be suitably wrapped/packaged to ensure safe handling and protection during transit.
